Days 1 - 7

Continue the suggestions from days 8 - 15, while adding either intermittent fasting (fast 1-to-2 days a week, non-consecutive days) or time-restricted eating (eat within an 8-hour window, then fast for 16 hours). Avoid dairy, sugar, alcohol, and all processed foods if possible. Only drink water or some of your own urine.
Days 22 - 30
Maintain a diet of mainly raw vegetables, seeds, nuts, herbs, and fruits. Avoid dairy, sugar, alcohol, and all processed foods if possible. Walk for 45-minutes to one-hour a day. Only drink water or some of your own urine.
